Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per the restaurant menu.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning and new dish creation.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage food inventory, minimize wastage, and control kitchen costs.
  • Work closely with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Chef/CDP/Commis in reputed restaurants or lounges.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one cuisine (Continental, Indian, or Oriental).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver during peak hours.
  • Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with lounge or bar experience.
