Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen in crafting authentic and innovative Indian dishes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of regional Indian cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques, and a flair for presentation and flavor balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes (North, South, East, West) with authenticity and creativity
  • Develop seasonal menus and daily specials reflecting traditional and modern Indian cuisine
  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Collaborate with management on food costing and sourcing

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Indian Chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Expertise in tandoor, curries, biryanis, and regional specialties
  • Strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and dietary preferences
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to curate and execute a diverse menu featuring Continental Cuisine.

  • Prepare and serve dishes from French, Italian, Mediterranean, and other continental cuisines
  • Innovate and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and global trends
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
  • Guide and mentor kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques
  • Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in continental cuisine
  • Proficiency in sauces, meats, seafood, pasta, and baked goods
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Knowledge of international food trends and presentation styles
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt recipes for dietary restrictions and preferences
