  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team of cooks and kitchen staff ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to food safety practices.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen resources and maintain budgetary targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards in a busy, on-site kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with management to introduce new ideas and seasonal specialties that enhance the culinary reputation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in high-volume hospitality environments.
  • Must-Have: Deep knowledge of regional Indian cuisines, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
  • Must-Have: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a diverse kitchen team.
  • Must-Have: Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations management.
  • Preferred: Formal culinary training or certification specializing in Indian cuisine.
  • Preferred: Experience working in upscale hotel kitchens or luxury dining establishments.
