Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen end-to-end — ensuring recipe adherence, SOP compliance, inventory control, and team efficiency across multiple brands under the GEEKY FOODS setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team (CDP / DCDP level).
• Ensure

  strict adherence to TRF recipes, SOPs, and systems

  .
• Maintain

  food cost targets

  , control wastage, and manage portioning.
• Oversee

  inventory management

  , ordering, and stock audits.
• Create and manage

  team rosters

  efficiently.
• Uphold hygiene and operational standards consistently.
• Train, motivate, and build a cohesive kitchen team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience:

  3–6 years in professional kitchens (Indian / Tandoor cuisine).

• Education:

  Hotel Management graduate preferred.

• Skills:

  System adherence, team leadership, cost & inventory control.

• Personality:

  Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and team-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary:

  ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (for the right candidate, salary is not a constraint).
