Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie based in New Delhi. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes are performed to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include cooking, supervising junior staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and assisting in menu development. Qualifications

Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a professional kitchen

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Formal culinary training or a relevant certification is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is beneficial
