Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Thrissur. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes, managing and training commis chefs, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety, and contributing to menu creation. The Chef De Partie will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional culinary experiences for guests.


Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Ability to manage and train commis chefs
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
  • Creativity and skills in menu creation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
