Chat and Email Support Executive

Location: Noida Sector 62,63 and 127.

Key Responsibilities.

Respond to customer queries through live chat and email in a timely and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot product/service issues and guide users through solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Follow standard procedures and guidelines for handling customer concerns.
Strive for first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required

Excellent written communication in English.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web tools, CRM preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Typing speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM with high accuracy.

Must be comfortable with 24/7 shifts.

Salary-

Fresher-19k CTC

Experience- upto 25k CTC
