🚨 We’re Hiring: Chartered Accountant – Finance Function📍 Location: Noida, Delhi NCR🏢 Company: Sharma Sawhney & Co.📅 Experience: 1–2 years (Articleship from Big 4 preferred)🕐 Joining: Immediate💰 Salary: ₹12–15 LPA⏰ Work Hours: 10 AM – 7 PMAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Finance Controller to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and compliance capabilities, with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, statutory audits, and regulatory frameworks. The role demands a proactive professional who can ensure financial accuracy, optimize cost structures, and manage end-to-end finance operations effectively.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of financial accounting, costing, and budgeting in a manufacturing setup.Expertise in statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.Experience in financial litigation, assessments, and audit support.Working knowledge of EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance and environmental reporting requirements.Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems, along with advanced Excel and financial modeling.Sound understanding of IND AS, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
