Chartered Accountant

-Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and ledgers.
-Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.-Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and company policies.-Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.-Manage tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.-Ensure compliance with MCA, RBI, and other regulatory requirements

-Monitor vendor payments, purchase invoices, and reconciliations.
-Manage receivables, collections, and debtor ageing reports.-Ensure timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and expense vouchers.

-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
-Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.-Identify cost-saving opportunities and support decision-making.

-Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
-Prepare audit schedules and documentation.-Ensure smooth audit completion and compliance closure.-Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.-Manage fund transfers, LC/Bank limits, and loan documentation.
