Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding clients' financial needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and participating in sales and marketing events.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate financial services and solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs
