Location - Andheri & Kalina, Work From Office Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards. Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Audit and Assurance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Evaluate and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Provide assurance services to clients regarding the accuracy of their financial information. Tax Planning and Compliance: Advise on tax planning strategies to optimize financial performance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements. Represent clients in interactions with tax authorities. Financial Analysis and Advisory: Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making. Offer financial advice to management for strategic planning. Assess the financial viability of projects and investments. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure financial stability. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on changes in financial and tax regulations. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide financial consultancy and guidance to clients. Qualifications and Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
