Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Finance Manager with a strong background in GST compliance, TDS management, and overall financial operations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting principles, statutory compliance, and the ability to lead a finance team efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 etc.)

* Manage GST reconciliation, audits, and handling of notices

* Handle end-to-end TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, and filing of returns

* Reconcile TDS with books and Form 26AS

* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports

* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund flow requirements

* Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of audits

* Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Requirements:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in a manufacturing setup

* Strong working knowledge of GST laws, TDS regulations, and Indian Accounting Standards

* Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP/ MS Excel

* Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills

* Experience in dealing with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities
