Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Ahmedabad. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for, conducting audits, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The role includes tasks such as tax planning and advisories, financial analysis, and providing corporate advisory services, virtual CFO services. The Chartered Accountant will also be involved in bank audits, management consultancy, and handling company law matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Direct Tax, Statutory and Tax Audits
• Experience in Corporate Advisory Services, Bank Audits, and Management Consultancy
• Knowledge of Company Law Matters and Due Diligence
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification is mandatory
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
