A. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Review and finalization of books of accounts
• Preparation of:
• Balance Sheet
• Profit & Loss Account
• Cash Flow Statements
• Ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards (AS / Ind AS)
• MIS preparation and financial analysis
• Supervision of junior accountants and article assistants

B. Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

• Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for:
• Individuals
• Partnership Firms
• LLPs
• Companies
• Tax computation and planning
• Advance tax calculation
• Handling:
• Income Tax Notices
• Scrutiny Assessments
• Appeals & Rectifications
• Representation before Income Tax Authorities

C. Indirect Taxation (GST)

• GST Registration, Amendment & Cancellation
• Filing of GST Returns:
• GSTR-1
• GSTR-3B
• GSTR-9 / 9C
• GST Reconciliation (Sales, Purchase, ITC)
• Handling GST notices, audits & departmental queries
• Advisory on GST compliance & structure

D. Audit & Assurance

• Conducting and managing:
• Statutory Audits
• Tax Audits
• Internal Audits
• Concurrent Audits
• Bank Audits
• Drafting audit reports and observations
• Verification of books, vouchers, inventory & controls
• Coordination with clients during audit execution
• Ensuring audit documentation & working papers

E. ROC & Corporate Compliance

• ROC filings under Companies Act:
• AOC-4
• MGT-7
• DIR-3 KYC
• Incorporation of:
• Companies
• LLPs
• Compliance for:
• Private Limited Companies
• LLPs
• Partnership Firms

F. Advisory & Client Management

• Providing accounting, tax, and compliance advisory
• Client meetings and professional consultations
• Interpreting financial data for business decisions
• Supporting clients in financial planning & restructuring
• Maintaining long-term client relationships

9. Authority & Accountability

• Responsible for accuracy of financial and tax data
• Accountable for timely completion of assignments
• Responsible for confidentiality of client information
• Authorized to communicate with clients and authorities

12. Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Articleship completion mandatory
• Membership with ICAI (preferred)
