Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end
internal audits
as per the audit plan
Understand and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes of clients
Prepare and execute audit checklists, workpapers, and audit programs
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Draft internal audit reports with practical recommendations
Coordinate with client stakeholders to discuss findings and agree on corrective actions
Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with applicable standards (ICAI, IIA, etc.)
Assist in
SOP development, process reviews
, and
risk assessments
May involve travel to client locations (as per assignment)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
0–3 years of post-qualification experience in
internal audit
,
process audit
, or
risk consulting
Good understanding of
internal controls, risk assessment frameworks
, and audit methodologies
Strong command over
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience working in a
CA firm or consulting firm
Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, trading, services, or BFSI
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plus
Understanding of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act provisions is desirable
