Chartered Accountant

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our organization’s accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage 

  end-to-end accounting

  , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Handle 

  statutory compliance

   such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory submissions.
• Prepare and review 

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  .
• Support 

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

   processes.
• Conduct 

  internal audits

   and coordinate with statutory auditors.
• Provide 

  advisory on taxation, cost optimization, and risk management

  .
• Ensure timely and accurate 

  MIS reporting

   to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• CA qualification

   (completed/cleared) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in 

  accounting, taxation, and compliance

   (preferably 2–5 years for mid-level, or fresh CAs for entry-level).
• Strong knowledge of 

  Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  accounting software

   (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
