Chartered Accountant

A manufacturer of Steel Pipes urgently requires a CA. The Detailed Jd has been mentioned bellow:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate book-keeping as per accounting standards (Ind AS/GAAP)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and bank statements

Taxation & Compliance:

• Manage and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns
• Coordinate with consultants for tax assessments, audits, and scrutiny matters
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.)

Costing & Budgeting:

• Monitor production costs, raw material usage, and variances
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
• Implement standard costing and identify cost-saving opportunities

Audit & Internal Controls:

• Lead statutory, internal, and cost audits
• Ensure internal controls, SOPs, and financial discipline in plant operations
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections

Other Responsibilities:

• Vendor payments, receivables tracking, and working capital management
• Assist in capital investment planning and feasibility reports
• ERP/Accounting Software implementation and management (e.g., Tally, SAP, Busy)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, direct & indirect taxation, and costing
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Busy) and MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and financial acumen
• Ability to manage a team and work closely with operations, HR, and procurement teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
