Roles and Responsibilities: Only Chartered Accountant can apply Liaise with clients to provide the best solutions as a chartered accountant. Conduct audits, maintain financial management and deal with taxation. File income tax returns, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Provide sound financial advice to clients, keeping in mind the financial regulatory laws. Ensure proper tax planning, and ethical accounting practices as a certified chartered accountant. Guide and monitor junior chartered accountants and colleagues to achieve the best accounting practices Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and TDS filings. Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) and perform internal audits. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and file returns accordingly. Conduct bookkeeping tasks such as journal entries, ledger posting, and account reconciliations. Provide support in finalizing books of accounts for clients. Required skills and qualifications: Completion of CA (any specialisation) Bachelors degree in any field Proficiency in working with computerised accounting systems Expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting as a chartered accountant Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The Loan Executive is responsible for identifying loan customers, assessing their financial needs, and assisting them through the loan application process. This role involves customer interaction, loan processing, document verification, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell loan products (personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.) to individual and corporate clients. Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives. Conduct initial assessment of customer eligibility based on creditworthiness and internal policies. Collect and verify documentation including ID proof, income proof, bank statements, etc. Guide customers through the entire loan application and approval process. Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and rejections. Follow up with customers for EMI payments, renewals, and closures. Coordinate with credit and risk teams for loan sanctioning and disbursement. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent post-sale support. Stay updated with lending regulations, bank/NBFC policies, and competitor products. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in retail lending or financial sales (preferred). Strong understanding of banking/loan products and services. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
