Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial reporting & statements: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND-AS. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Audit & compliance: Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with RBI norms and other regulatory requirements. Maintain adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Taxation & budgeting: Prepare and file tax returns (direct and indirect taxes). Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support in tax planning and advisory.
Accounting operations: Finalization of accounts and reconciliation. Implement and optimize accounting strategies and processes. Ensure smooth integration between the LMS (loan management system) and the ERP systems.
Advisory & strategic support: Provide accounting advisory on complex financial products and transactions.
