• Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh (H.P.)
• Salary: ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 per month

Role Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to take on a leadership role within our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all critical financial, accounting, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and management information systems (MIS).
• Compliance & Auditing: Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure strict compliance with all statutory regulations, including GST, Income Tax (Direct & Indirect Tax), and other corporate laws.
• Budgeting & Control: Drive the annual budgeting process, manage cash flow, and implement robust financial controls and cost optimisation strategies.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level advisory and execution guidance on financial strategy, capital management, investments, and risk mitigation to senior management.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to foster high performance and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Qualification: Must be a fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: Proven expertise with 10 to 15 years of relevant, hands-on experience in corporate finance, auditing, or tax.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills with experience in mentoring and managing a high-performing finance team.
• Functional Expertise: Strong ability to provide both strategic advisory and practical execution guidance across core financial tasks.
• Tenure: Candidates with a track record of stable and successful long-term employment in previous roles are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
