The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and basic computer operations. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for this role. Responsibilities: * Accurately enter and update data in computer systems and databases. * Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. * Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers. * Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. * Assist with basic administrative tasks and office support. * Communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors, both verbally and in writing. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. * Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and report any technical issues. * Adhere to company policies and procedures. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. * Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Computer Operator. * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. * Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Good understanding of basic computer hardware and software. * Good communication skills (both written and verbal). * Good personality and professional presentation. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong organizational skills. * Benefits: * Pick-up and Drop-off Facility Available.
