Security Guard (Male)

Job Title: Security Guard (Male) Location: Yamunanagar Industry: Plywood Manufacturing Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12-hour shift) Salary: ₹15,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and reliable male Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our plywood manufacturing facility in Yamunanagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling access to the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the property, and responding to any security incidents. This is a day shift position, requiring dedication and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control access at the main gates and other entry/exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles. Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises, including production areas, warehouses, and administrative blocks, to detect and deter any suspicious activities, theft, or vandalism. Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, goods, and personnel. Inspect bags, vehicles, and other items as per company policy to prevent unauthorized entry or exit of materials. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations (e.g., fire, medical emergencies). Enforce company security policies and procedures. Report any security breaches, incidents, or suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately. Assist in maintaining discipline and order within the premises. Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed, within the scope of security duties. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board. Male candidate required. Previous experience in a security role preferred, but not mandatory. Good physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that may involve standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods. Basic understanding of security procedures and equipment. Ability to observe situations and make quick, sound decisions. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discipline. Good communication skills (verbal) in Hindi. Ability to work effectively in a 12-hour shift environment.
