Requirements

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory framework.
Experience in ERP systems like Tally, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and tax planning. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations.

Handle audits (internal, statutory, tax) and ensure timely closure with no major observations.
Maintain compliance with all financial regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support business strategy.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Guide junior accountants and ensure accurate record-keeping.
