Job Description

· Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. · Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. · Filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns. · Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. · Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. · Support senior management in MIS reporting and financial analysis. · Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end closing activities. · Manage direct and indirect taxation matters, including assessments and litigations. · Oversee internal controls, risk management, and process improvements. · Handle banking, treasury, and fund management activities. · Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. · Mentor and guide junior team members. · Drive overall financial strategy, planning, and execution. · Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks. · Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and business expansion. · Manage mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and investment evaluations. · Build and lead a high-performing finance team. · Act as a trusted advisor to the Board/Management on financial matters.
