Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : minimum 2 Year

Location: Vesu, Surat

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the IPO process and experience working with listed companies.

Responsibilities:

Handling financial audits, tax planning, and compliance for clients, including listed companies.

Assist in preparing and filing financial statements, reports, and tax returns.

Provide strategic advice on IPOs, including due diligence, financial modeling, and documentation.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies and assist clients in meeting their legal and financial obligations.

Support in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for clients.

Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA firm or related role, particularly with listed companies.

Strong understanding of the IPO process and capital markets.

Proficiency in financial reporting and auditing standards.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

CA qualification with a proven track record of handling client portfolios.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
