Channel Partner Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage
channel partners
including brokers, agents, consultants, and freelancers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing channel partners to maximize business output
Conduct
product/project training
, sales briefings, and regular engagement sessions
Drive
lead generation and closures
through channel partner network
Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal sales teams
Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Plan and execute partner engagement programs, meetings, site visits, and events
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and project positioning
Coordinate closely with
Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams
for seamless operations and reporting
