Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners and brokers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners.
  • Drive sales through channel partners to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Monitor partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for partner support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and partner requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 7+years of experience in

    channel sales

  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
