Designation : Channel Sales Officer Job Summary: The Channel Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: i. Order Input: Timely contact and subsequent follow-up through sales cycle through Channel Partners (inc. site visits, proposal submission, negotiation) for generated leads with objective to convert leads to orders To enable / quicken lead conversion - address customer concerns, reinforce benefits of solar & highlight differentiators of Tata Power ii. Channel Management: Periodic and regular visits to work closely with partners, ensure desired share of mind iii. Market Development: New Lead Generation Activities: BTL Activities, Developing Ecosystem of Influencers and Referrals, Micro-segmentation, Meetings with Associations: RWAs, Industries, Segments / sub-segments Proactive outbound market development for generating new leads through various techniques / approaches Thanks, Shakil
