Ganpati Builders is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our residential and commercial real estate projects in Bangalore. This role focuses on building and managing a strong network of real estate brokers, property consultants, and other channel partners to drive bookings and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a solid track record in real estate and a deep understanding of Bangalores property market. Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to maximize project sales through channel partners in alignment with overall business objectives. Partner Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture a high-performing network of real estate brokers and consultants in Bangalore. Sales Target Achievement: Drive bookings and ensure timely closures to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Training & Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners on project USPs, pricing, and sales techniques. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Proposal & Agreement Handling: Collaborate with partners to develop proposals and sales agreements aligned with internal policies. Performance Tracking: Monitor channel performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LeadSquared) and refine strategies to optimize results. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and compliance with RERA guidelines. Industry Networking: Represent Ganpati Builders at real estate expos, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the channel network. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred. Experience: 3–5 years in channel sales or business development, with at least 2 years in Bangalore’s real estate sector. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market, both residential and commercial, with familiarity in regulatory frameworks like RERA. Key Skills Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to lead, motivate, and manage external channel teams Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented personality Other Requirements Willingness to travel within Bangalore and occasionally to nearby regions for meetings and site visits Valid driver’s license and personal transportation is an advantage Preferred Qualifications Pre-existing network of brokers/channel partners in Bangalore Experience in premium or luxury real estate segment
