Channel Sales Manager

You will be joining TATA AIG General Insurance as a full-time Hiring VO Channel Sales Manager based in Simdega. Your main responsibilities will include recruiting agents and managing OEM channel partners to ensure effective sales strategies and top-notch customer service. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners, possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, demonstrate excellent Customer Service abilities, and exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be an advantage, and any previous experience in the insurance industry will be beneficial.
