Channel Sales Manager

As a candidate for this position, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree (MBA would be an added advantage) with a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience in the automobile sales industry, particularly in HD trucks, CV, Tyre, or Construction Equipment. The job locations available for this role are Hubli, Kochi, and Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will involve generating sales for HD trucks, ensuring dealer readiness for sales activities, establishing and maintaining customer connections, conducting business development activities, monitoring and gathering competitive information, providing training to dealer sales teams, and aligning sales strategies with the Business Planning and Strategy (BPS) approach within the assigned market or territory. Your key areas of responsibility will include achieving HD Sales & Market Share targets, engaging with customers and adhering to sales processes, driving Business Development Activities, demonstrating expertise in Key Account Management, having a comprehensive understanding of Aftermarket offerings, managing people effectively, showcasing strong negotiation skills, understanding operational aspects, managing channels efficiently, and demonstrating financial acumen in analyzing customer businesses and dealership operations. Overall, this role requires a candidate who can effectively drive sales, maintain strong customer relationships, lead business development initiatives, manage people and channels, and demonstrate financial understanding to ensure the success of the dealership and business in the assigned market/territory.,
