Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Pune. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales through these channels, coordinating with partners to ensure customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales process to achieve targets. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and provide continuous support and training to channel partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Sales and Sales Management
• Proven track record of working with Channel Partners
• Strong Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and results
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the AV or technology industry is a plus
