Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Pune. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales through these channels, coordinating with partners to ensure customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales process to achieve targets. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and provide continuous support and training to channel partners. Qualifications Experience in Channel Sales and Sales Management Proven track record of working with Channel Partners Strong Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and results Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with various teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the AV or technology industry is a plus
