Develop and execute
state-wise

sales

strategies
to achieve FASTag sales targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a
team

of

field

executives

or

channel

partners
.
Identify and onboard
fleet

owners,

transporters,

retailers,

and

dealerships
for FASTag distribution.
Ensure
market

penetration

and

activation

of

FASTag

users
in the assigned state.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Eligibility & Requirements

Preferred

Graduate
in any discipline.
2+

years

of

experience
in sales (preferably in FASTag, or logistics).
Strong

leadership,

communication,

and

negotiation

skills.
Local

market

knowledge
and experience in regional sales operations.
Bike/Scooter

preferred
for easy mobility within the assigned region.
Willingness

to

travel

extensively
within the state.
Self-motivated,

target-driven,

and

a

go-getter

attitude.
