Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for GI portfolio.
  • Identify new customers and convert key hospitals for endoscopy products.
  • Build strong relationships with gastroenterologists, surgeons, and endoscopy staff.
  • Conduct product demos, trials, and support installations.
  • Manage quotations, negotiations, tenders, and payment follow-up.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Biomedical/Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 2-6 years experience in medical device sales (GI/endoscopy preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
