Job Description

ob Title: Territory Manager (POP Sales & Marketing)

  1. The candidate is required to manage NPS business across the sectors: Corporate, Retail & Government.
  2. The candidate is required to work on sales plan and achieve target pertaining to onboarding subscribers under corporate, retail with SBI PF POP and PFM respectively.
  3. The candidate has to conduct sessions in the government offices for creating NPS awareness and onboard the subscriber with SBIPF PFM.
  4. The candidate will also need to regularly engage and strengthen the relationship of SBI Group mapped to his/her region.
  5. He/ She would be assigned team to manage different verticals and he/she needs to provide guidance to the team. He/ She will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring the team under him/her to achieve target across different channels.
  6. Candidate would be responsible for achieving the targets assigned across different segment for his/her respective region and increase market share of SBI Pension Funds.
  7. Meet HR Head/ C&B Head/ Finance Head/ CXO/ relevant authority/ organise Nodal office NPS awareness sessions in the corporate/ PSUs/ Government offices and design NPS implementation plan.
  8. Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
  9. Improve marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

  1. Knowledge about product and process.
  2. Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  3. Customer relationship management, Channel management & People management.
  4. Sales planning & Analytical skills.
  5. High on integrity and accountability.
  6. Knowledge of local language preferred.
  7. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Qualifications & Experience required:

  1. Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed college/institution/ university specialization preferred in Marketing & Finance.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales.
