Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Kolhapur for a Territory Sales Incharge. The role entails managing sales operations within the designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for business growth, and driving revenue objectives. Responsibilities include providing training to sales teams, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring effective sales management strategies are implemented.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue targets effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage territories effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or lubricant industry is an advantage.
  • Strictly from Automobile Background only.
  • Prefrerd candidate from Maharashtra only.
  • Age below or 35 only.
