Channel Partner Sourcing for Commercial (South Region)

As a Sales Channel Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the partner network and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Partner acquisition and onboarding: Identifying, vetting, and onboarding new channel partners such as brokers and agents to enhance the partner network. - Relationship management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and new channel partners. - Sales and lead generation: Collaborating with partners to generate high-quality leads consistently and actively participating in closing deals. - Training and communication: Conducting regular training sessions and keeping partners updated on product details, pricing, and marketing plans. - Performance monitoring: Tracking partner performance, providing necessary support, and ensuring they meet sales targets. - Market analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to effectively position products. - Internal collaboration: Working closely with internal teams like sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client servicing. - Compliance: Ensuring that all channel partner activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations, such as RERA. In addition to the key responsibilities, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in sales and channel management. - Strong presentation abilities. - Relationship-building and management prowess. - Results-oriented and self-motivated mindset. - Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and market trends. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Familiarity with the industry, particularly real estate, and the local market is often preferred. - Willingness to travel if required.
