Channel Partner Sourcing for Commercial (South Region)

Job Description:

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills to meet sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline. Key responsibilities

• Partner acquisition and onboarding: Identify, vet, and onboard new channel partners (e.g., brokers, agents) to expand the partner network.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and new channel partners.
• Sales and lead generation: Coordinate with partners to generate consistent, quality leads and actively participate in closing deals.
• Training and communication: Conduct regular trainings and provide partners with essential updates on products, pricing, and marketing plans.
• Performance monitoring: Track partner performance, provide necessary support, and ensure they meet sales targets.
• Market analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to help position products effectively.
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, client servicing, and support.
• Compliance: Ensure all channel partner activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations (like RERA).

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the industry (e.g., real estate) and local market is often preferred.
• Willingness to travel may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
