Repair and Maintenance: Repairing faulty equipment, components, and structures. This may include fixing drywall, repairing doors, or addressing plumbing and electrical issues.
Preventive Maintenance: Implementing preventative maintenance procedures to slow down wear and tear and extend the lifespan of building components.
System Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Cleaning and Sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing building facilities, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
Emergency Response: Having an emergency response plan in place and responding to emergencies as needed.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory records for equipment and supplies.
