The company has gained a great reputation in a very short time due to its approach of thinking from the customers point of view and working to make their dreams come true. Role: Establishing and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders, such as real estate agents, brokers, property developers, and other pertinent businesses, is your major duty as a channel partner sourcing partner in the real estate sector. Your objective is to grow real estate sales through these channels and increase the company's position in the industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner Identification and Recruitment: Identify potential channel partners within the real estate sector, including agents, brokers, and developers. Actively recruit new partners by showcasing the benefits of collaboration with your company. 2. Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners to foster trust and collaboration. Work closely with partners to understand their needs and align them with the company's offerings. 3. Sales Enablement and Training : Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell the company's real estate properties. Ensure partners are well-versed in the company's property portfolio and pricing strategies. 4. Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the real estate market. 5. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of channel partners, including sales performance and adherence to contractual agreements. Implement strategies to help partners meet or exceed sales targets. 6. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support channel partner initiatives. Assist partners in creating effective marketing strategies to attract potential property buyers. 7. Deal Facilitation: Facilitate property transactions between buyers, sellers, and channel partners. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all parties involved. 8. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions are met. Maintain accurate records of agreements and transactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field. Proven 8 to 12 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
