Channel Partner Manager – Medical Devices

Role Overview

hybrid sales and partner management role

Key Responsibilities

Partner Development & Management

  • Identify, appoint, and support a wide network of

    dealers, distributors, and liaisons

    across key territories.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment with sales goals, product positioning, and company values.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement support or corrective actions as required.


Direct Sales Support

  • Participate in high-stakes customer meetings (hospitals, trauma centers, defense establishments) where needed.
  • Handle select strategic accounts directly or jointly with partners to ensure deal closure and customer satisfaction.


Territory Expansion

  • Drive expansion into untapped regions by enabling local partners and facilitating introductions via liaisons.
  • Analyze territory performance and propose growth strategies for each channel.


Training & Enablement

  • Conduct structured training sessions for partners and liaisons on product use, positioning, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure all external partners are equipped with updated sales collaterals and clinical knowledge.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, service, and compliance) to support seamless execution of channel strategies.
  • Share market intelligence and partner feedback with the product and leadership teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business. MBA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management in the

    medical device

    or

    healthcare sector

    .
  • Experience working with

    dealers / distributors, liaisons, and government or hospital procurement processes

    and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, training, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field travel across assigned regions.
