Channel Management Executive

Job Purpose     The Channel Partner Executive is responsible for providing end-to-end operational support to vendors and ensuring seamless coordination between field and internal teams. The role includes managing reports, handling escalations, supporting field deployments, and maintaining inventory and device-related activities.      Role and Responsibility:        Provide deployment support to the Field Service Executives (FSEs) of the assigned vendor.  Resolve vendor queries and provide timely support for field issues.  Prepare and manage inventory reports and oversee device tracking and handovers.  Coordinate with the field team for daily reporting and operational activities.  Generate daily MIS reports covering installations, rejections, and service status.  Liaise with internal departments to address operational requirements and escalate concerns when needed.    Educational Qualification     Graduate in any stream    Skills and experience:    Minimum 1-2 Year Exp in Merchant Acquiring Business (POS)  Strong understanding of merchant onboarding and field deployment operations.  Good In excel, MIS report preparation (e.g. Installation, Service Report)  Good communication and coordination skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
