🔹 Job Title: Channel Sales Manager – Developer Onboarding

📍 Location: Pan-India (Work from anywhere | On-site visits as required)

📊 Compensation: Purely Incentive-Based | 1 Cr Potential Incentive on each Project


🔹 About the Role:

Globstay Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its luxury wellness townships in Uttarakhand and seeking motivated Channel Sales Managers who can independently onboard real estate developers under our Plan–Project Collaboration Model.


In this role, you will pitch and sell entire project models to real estate developers, landowners, or branded players for co-branded townships in the hills — managed, approved, and delivered by Globstay.


This is not a fixed-salary role, Yard sold to developers (bulk sales), offering huge earning potential for active closers and real estate networkers 1 Cr to 2 Cr


 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with real estate developers, landowners, or investor groups interested in launching branded townships in hill locations

• Pitch the Plan B Collaboration Model by Globstay

• Explain project execution, design, approvals, and partnership terms

• Facilitate meetings, due diligence, and onboarding documentation

• Regularly follow up to close bulk land-based project sales

• Collaborate with the internal project & legal team for seamless execution

• Maintain a pipeline of interested developer leads


🔹 Incentive Structure:


💰 🔹 Incentive Plan (High-Earning Potential)

This is a 100% variable pay role, designed to reward closers with high-ticket developer onboarding.


✅ Incentive: ₹200 per square yard sold to the developer


Each project has a minimum saleable area of 30,000–40,000 square yards, which means:


💰 One project deal = ₹60 Lakhs to ₹80 Lakhs in incentives


🧾 Paid upon project signing & developer onboarding


📈 No cap on how many developers or projects you onboard


🔁 Repeat income potential with multiple projects across Uttarakhand


This model allows you to work independently, earn big, and build long-term relationships in the developer ecosystem, with Globstay Pvt. Ltd. managing all backend execution and delivery.

Example:


No cap on earnings. More bulk deals = higher payouts
