As a Change Manager - POD Leader within Enterprise Technology at EY, you will play a pivotal role in providing reliable, secure, and resilient technology services to support our 400,000 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing change campaigns to implement and drive the adoption of technology products across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities: - Support large, complex change projects within Enterprise Technology - Understand products requiring business change campaigns - Create awareness and deploy products effectively - Drive adoption through various channels across the EY estate This is a non-client facing role that offers flexibility to work from a home office with minimal travel requirements. You will report to the BRM Service Adoption Change Management Lead and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology domains, key suppliers, legal and risk communities, and senior leaders within the firm. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8-10 years of experience in leading complex change projects - Proficiency in developing large scale change management plans - Previous experience with end-user adoption, mobile, security, and Microsoft M365 products - Strong communication skills for effective engagement with leaders and end users Preferred qualifications include PROSCI certification, active listening skills, knowledge of the EY technology estate, problem-solving abilities, and experience with organizational change management methodologies. Additionally, expertise in stakeholder management, project lifecycle management, technical architecture development, and consultative questioning is beneficial.
