Drive Change Initiatives: Implement the established Finance Transformation Office’s change management framework to drive the successful adoption of change, including process improvements and cultural transformations.
Develop and deliver clear, compelling, and strategic release messages to drive process changes due to different releases. Craft executive communications, presentations, and thought leadership pieces, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging aligned with priorities and change initiatives. The target audience for which the communication will be done are EVP, SVP of Finance Organizations
Design and execute communication plans that ensure employees at all levels understand the benefits and impact of change initiatives. Develop training materials and content for leadership and employees, providing the tools and resources to embrace change effectively.
