Change Management Manager

As a Transformation Change Manager at our client, a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company, located in either Bengaluru or Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic change management and organizational transformation. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading strategic change management initiatives, organization development, and operating model design. - Developing change strategies, ensuring leadership alignment, and driving people and process change. - Supporting the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs. - Creating creative strategies and tools during implementation and defining components of the change strategy. Collaboration with Corporate Functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing Communications, and Workplace Solutions will be essential to drive transformational change initiatives.
