Change Management Manager

My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Change Management to join their Global Business Services (GBS) Change Management Office. If you're passionate about leading enterprise-level change, partnering with stakeholders across the globe, and making transformation stick—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

® Lead and execute change management efforts across multiple complex projects and programs

® Perform Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, and develop Case for Change communications

® Build and execute detailed Change Management Plans, aligning with Agile and traditional project life cycles

® Collaborate with GBS communications and project managers to ensure messaging and training strategies are effectively executed

® Present progress and insights through executive-level communications and feedback loops

® Drive adoption using tools like Change Readiness Assessments, go-live feedback surveys, and post-implementation lessons learned

® Act as a trusted coach for change sponsors and leaders across the organization

Ideal Candidate Profile:

® 10–12 years of overall experience with 4+ years in organizational change management (global scope preferred)

® Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)

® Strong grasp of change frameworks – Make it REAL, Make it WORK, Make it LAST

® Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycles

® Skilled in crafting and delivering stakeholder communication strategies

® High adaptability, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

® Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint

® Bonus: Experience in Food/Beverage industry or within GBS organizations
