Role Overview

Position/Designation: CEO IT Staff Augmentation

Location: Full-time, On-site (India HQ)

Travel: Client travel required (domestic & international)

Work Mode: WFO (5 days/week)

Experience Required: 12+ Years

Work Location: Sector-132, Noida

Key Responsibilities

  • Company Leadership & P&L Ownership

    : Take full accountability for business performance, profitability, and growth.
  • Client Management

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas IT clients, ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Sales & Business Development

    : Actively engage in client meetings (onsite/overseas), close new deals, and expand accounts.
  • Team Leadership

    : Lead, mentor, and motivate the delivery and operations team to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Operational Excellence

    : Oversee staffing, delivery, HR, and compliance functions, ensuring smooth execution of client projects.
  • Strategic Growth

    : Work with promoters and board members to shape growth strategies, business models, and new market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience

    : 12+ years in IT services / staff augmentation / outsourcing industry with proven leadership roles.
  • Sales Orientation

    : Strong background in sales, account management, and deal closures (preferably with overseas IT clients).
  • Leadership

    : Ability to inspire, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Ownership Mindset

    : Hands-on leader who can take responsibility for results, without needing micro-management.
  • Travel Friendly

    : Open to domestic and international travel for client meetings and business growth.
  • Dynamic & Strategic

    : High energy, proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning.
