Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to protocols. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and patient experience. Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and supplies, Flagging off when the products which below the threshold, coordinating for orders as necessary. 2. Staff Supervision and Training: Train, and supervise clinic staff including therapists, receptionists/coordinator, and support personnel. Support in performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during clinic hours. 3. Customer/Client Care and Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by overseeing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Oversee patient scheduling, follow-up, and ensure a seamless patient journey from consultation to post-treatment care. 4. Sales and Revenue: · Ensure to achieve sales & revenue targets, as set by the company standards · Daily Follow-ups for consistent sales · Client/Customer Retentions · Be abreast with latest technology and offers · Maintain record of the sales, revenue and enquiries (Walkins, Social-Media, Ads Leads References etc) 4. Financial Management: Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial records, ensuring adherence to financial goals and targets. Coordinate with the finance/accounts department Analyze sales & revenue reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements. Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to industry best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a skincare or dermatology setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
